• Execute structured test scripts to identify quality issues
• Coordinate with project team during System Integration Testing
• Conduct functional testing before UAT handover
• Manage defects and track traceability to requirements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of testing experience in contact center environment
• Experience with Genesys Contact Center platforms
• Proficiency in System Integration Testing (SIT) and functional testing
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies

• Previous consulting experience in contact center solutions
• Exposure to cloud-based solutions
