🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and organize online/offline communities across Spain/Portugal
• Lead Telegram group moderation and implement mini-games and campaigns
• Organize offline and online events to boost user engagement
• Establish partnerships with local crypto communities and universities

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in community management or event roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Telegram moderation and bots
• Proven success in organizing offline and online events
• Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese (highly desirable)
