Description

You will lead the structuring and negotiating of strategic, embedded, and channel partnership agreements, supporting global partnership deals and the EMEA sales team. You'll deliver pragmatic legal solutions while protecting Remote from unacceptable risk.

Requirements

  • Partnership and embedded/reseller/channel agreement experience
  • Expertise in commercial transactions, particularly enterprise-level SaaS agreements
  • Solid commercial drafting skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with creative problem-solving ability
  • Strong working knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, draft, and negotiate complex partnership agreements including embedded services, channel/reseller agreements, and referral programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to structure and review partnership agreements aligning with business objectives
  • Develop and improve templates, playbooks, processes around partnership deals
  • Serve as additional legal point of contact for EMEA sales when bandwidth permitting
  • Provide legal training and guidance to Partnership and other GTM stakeholders
