💼 About This Role

You'll develop and implement sanitation programs for a Factor_ brand facility, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. You'll lead a team to maintain GMP and HACCP practices in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategic sanitation programs and policies
• Write detailed procedures and SOPs for all plant equipment
• Manage sanitation chemical supply and inventory
• Coach, motivate, and lead the sanitation team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field
• 2-4 years of plant quality/food safety/sanitation experience
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Environmental sanitation program
• Strong leadership qualities

• Experience with SQF, FDA, USDA regulatory agencies
• Understanding of basic microbiological principles
