๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and ship AI agents and platforms that transform Ramp's Customer Experience, owning the strategy and execution for AI-powered tools and workflows. You'll define the perfect agentic customer journey and shift from reactive to proactive engagement, sitting at the intersection of CX, product management, and applied AI engineering.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and ship AI agents and internal AI products for CX teams
- Define quality standards and human-AI agent division for customer support
- Enable operations teams to leverage and improve AI stack
- Measure AI agent performance with dashboards, evals, and feedback systems
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, applied AI, or product operations
- Deep hands-on experience building with AI (prototyping, shipping, iterating AI tools)
- Working knowledge of core LLM concepts (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval)
- Operational empathy with ability to partner with business teams

- Experience managing small teams of technical or operational professionals
- Experience at high-growth startups, especially fintech or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with departmental workflows in Sales, CX, Finance, or Risk
