You'll own end-to-end fulfillment operations for Kiddom's print materials, managing purchase orders and coordinating with vendors to ensure on-time delivery to schools nationwide. As the company scales, you'll strengthen supply chain systems and processes for greater resilience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track inventory and reconcile against demand and purchase orders.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and monitor production milestones.
• Direct team members on file preparation and fulfillment coordination.
• Serve as primary vendor contact for print and fulfillment operations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in supply chain or logistics with ownership of purchase orders.
• Hands-on experience managing fulfillment operations and SKUs in ERP.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in spreadsheets.
• Proven ability to reconcile demand inventory and open POs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Background in print or physical product supply chain.
• Experience managing junior team members.
