💼 About This Role

You'll manage relationships with bank and NBFC partners to drive EMI and credit adoption across Paytm's ecosystem. You'll coordinate partner onboarding, execute joint business plans, and track key metrics to ensure program success. This role offers strong exposure to credit partnerships in a fast-growing fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily with issuer partners for EMI and credit programs
• Support onboarding of new issuer partners and expand existing partnerships
• Execute joint business plans to drive disbursals and activation
• Track key metrics like approvals, conversions, and disbursals

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Partnerships / Operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-oriented approach with comfort in numbers and reports
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage priorities
