💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and schedule production activities for clinical and commercial cell therapies at a late-stage biotech company. Your work ensures timely manufacturing execution across two sites and supports life-saving therapies for blood cancer patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign customer orders to production slots on the manufacturing shop floor
• Utilize ERP/MES to generate manufacturing work orders
• Coordinate schedule readiness and planning review meetings
• Perform capacity planning and identify risks and impacts

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in planning and scheduling
• Experience in a biopharma manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with MES and ERP systems
• A.S. degree required

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with logistics management for donor materials and drug product
