🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, train and manage Clinical Specialists and 1099 contractors
• Coordinate case coverage assignments with Sales team
• Develop and deliver new hire training content and materials
• Conduct quarterly field rides to coach and develop clinical acumen

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of clinical professional training or OR/surgical experience
• Clinical mastery related to surgical devices
• Ability to travel 90% including overnight stays
