🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and optimize team performance metrics
• Lead collaborative team meetings and foster knowledge-sharing
• Coach team members through regular 1:1s and performance discussions
• Champion process improvements for efficiency and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of customer success experience in security or SaaS
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
• Strong prioritisation skills managing internal projects and escalations
