You will support the Director in analyzing and designing technical training curriculum for manufacturing roles. You'll use AI tools to structure raw technical data into lesson plans, conduct job task analyses, and prepare content for development. This role focuses on the initial phases of instructional design, working closely with subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Real world technical background (e.g., former technician, maintenance assistant)
• Solid grasp of instructional design principles (ADDIE)
• Proficiency with AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT
• Business-minded with mission focus
• Experience with Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Draft lesson plans, learning objectives, and competency maps
• Conduct job task analyses using AI and SME interviews
• Synthesize complex technical info into structured notes and storyboards
• Use LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT) to draft content and summarize manuals
• Create shopping lists for technical labs and coordinate with vendors
