Description

You will own the end-to-end operational journey of every machine in our facility, from provisioning to decommissioning, while deeply integrating security into hardware lifecycle management. This greenfield role involves defining processes, tooling, and operational standards for secure machine management at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years in datacenter operations or hardware infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with server hardware, rack deployment, cabling, troubleshooting at scale
• End-to-end hardware lifecycle management knowledge
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or Java
• Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead automation for datacenters with tens of thousands of servers
• Own end-to-end machine lifecycle strategy: provisioning, maintenance, refresh, decommissioning
• Partner with Infrastructure Security on trusted compute standards
• Collaborate with Networking team for end-to-end connectivity
• Build tooling for machine health, configuration, and operational status tracking
