You'll build and improve AI systems that automate customer operations like disputes, returns, and chargebacks. You'll take models from idea to production and keep them healthy with strong monitoring. You'll collaborate with experienced ML engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop AI systems for automated dispute and chargeback handling
• Build models that automate refunds to speed up customer payments
• Build evidence extraction pipelines using LLM-powered workflows
• Prototype new modeling ideas and drive best-performing approaches to production

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a machine learning engineer
• Strong Python skills and production-quality code experience
• Experience building models for tabular classification (GBDT like LightGBM/XGBoost)
• Experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and orchestration frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with document and unstructured data processing (PDF/image extraction)
• Experience with ML lifecycle tooling (Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow)
• Proficient in using AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
