💼 About This Role

You'll lead HEOR strategies for pipeline and commercialized programs at a rare disease biopharma company. Your work will generate evidence to support clinical development and global reimbursement. This role offers the chance to shape market access for life-changing rare disease treatments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute HEOR strategies for pipeline and commercialized programs.
• Design, implement, and analyze HEOR studies including economic models and literature reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, clinical, commercial, and market access teams.
• Represent Ultragenyx as HEOR subject matter expert at external meetings.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, or Health Economics.
• MA/MS in relevant field; advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred.
• 12+ years of HEOR experience in biopharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in economic modeling, evidence synthesis, and clinical trial design.

• Knowledge of global reimbursement processes for US, Canada, EMEA, LATAM, APAC.
