You'll serve as a strategic partner throughout the product lifecycle, advising on regulatory and consumer law matters for new features at a fast-growing fintech company. Your work will directly shape the expansion of Satispay's financial platform across B2C and B2B segments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft terms of service, promotional rules, and customer-facing documents
• Analyze legal issues for new product features to ensure regulatory alignment
• Provide expert advice on financial laws and consumer protection
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Strategy, and Marketing teams

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years in tech/fintech or insurance
• Expertise in commercial and consumer law for customer-facing products
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Experience at a reputable law firm
