Description

Drive technical programs for a mobile game in development at our Shanghai office. You will define, scope, and execute cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery, managing risks, facilitating engineering collaboration, and coordinating releases with Apple and Google platforms.

Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent
• 8+ years in technical program management or similar roles
• Deep understanding of development methodologies and proven track record improving team efficiency
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, system architecture, and SDLC
• Experience managing projects using Agile and traditional methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical initiatives across the project
• Work with engineering and product teams to define technical strategies and gather requirements
• Serve as central point of contact for technical initiatives, coordinating across engineering, QA, product, and other teams
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve technical, procedural, and logistical issues
• Manage submissions and certification efforts with Apple App Store and Google Play Console
