You will create and manage product-specific documentation including procedural content, feature guides, and release materials for the OneTrust platform. Collaborate with product teams and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, and conduct independent testing of features to anticipate user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical-adjacent field or professional writing
• At least 2 years of professional writing experience
• Experience with authoring tools
• Proficiency in Confluence and Jira
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product-specific knowledge base content and release materials
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture accurate documentation content
• Conduct independent testing of software features
• Anticipate user needs and incorporate feedback into documentation
• Adhere to and refine the Technical Writing Style Guide
