💼 About This Role

You'll act as the Supply Chain anchor inside new program forums, partnering with Staff GSMs across commodity domains. You'll orchestrate sourcing action against program timing, owning the end-to-end picture. This role is a single accountable partner for product decisions touching the supply base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Supply Chain in program forums with updates and risk highlights.
• Develop sourcing strategies for new programs (make vs. buy, supplier selection).
• Drive RFQs end-to-end ensuring BOM readiness and timely sourcing.
• Manage program-level BOM cost against targets and drive reductions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in sourcing/procurement/supply chain with NPI experience.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end sourcing across multi-commodity programs.
• Strong commercial acumen: should-costing, BOM roll-ups, cost targets.
• Ability to influence senior commodity leaders without direct ownership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with EV-relevant commodities (battery cells/packs, power electronics).
• Startup or fast-moving program environment experience.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP and automotive launch processes.
