Description

You will drive Built's Marketplace growth by leading cross-functional programs, enabling sales teams, and managing the vendor ecosystem for CRE inspection and pre-close diligence services. Your work links strategy and execution, translating market reality into scalable systems that unlock revenue and trust.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in CRE diligence/inspections, pre-close diligence, or services-based vendor network platforms
  • Proven ownership of third-party provider ecosystem including recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and compliance
  • Direct experience working with or selling into lenders with understanding of diligence procurement
  • Field-facing credibility partnering with Sales as subject-matter expert and influencing buying decisions
  • Commercial negotiation experience developing rate cards, pricing models, and SLAs

Responsibilities

  • Enable sales teams to sell CRE inspections and pre-close diligence services with playbooks and objection-handling
  • Lead discovery on lender diligence workflows and provider landscapes in complex sales conversations
  • Negotiate high-value vendor partnerships and commercial terms with focus on quality, SLA, and scalable economics
  • Drive marketplace performance across liquidity, buyer experience, and vendor qualification standards
  • Independently lead ambiguous initiatives, creating repeatable systems and balancing speed, quality, and risk
