Description

In this role, you will ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. You'll also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• DEP in mechanics or industrial maintenance
• 2-3 years experience in mechanics
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity
• WHMIS certification
• Forklift and elevating platform operation (asset)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Diagnose and repair production equipment
• Execute corrective maintenance on equipment and tooling
• Suggest improvements to maintenance plans and procedures
• Lead installation and improvement projects for production equipment
