  • Own the analytics roadmap for guest lifecycle marketing
  • Design and analyze experiments across abandon journeys and ML model rollouts
  • Develop measurement frameworks for cumulative program impact
  • Build scalable self-serve reporting and dashboards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on ML feedback loops and attribution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 9+ years in analytics or data science with marketing/growth depth
  • Strong experimentation skills with A/B tests and measurement frameworks
  • Excellent communicator able to distill complex findings for senior stakeholders
  • Action-oriented analysis that directly shapes roadmaps and prioritization

  • Experience with guest lifecycle or subscription marketing
  • Familiarity with ML model feedback loops and attribution
