You'll own the analytics roadmap for guest lifecycle marketing at Airbnb, partnering with Marketing, MarTech DS, and Finance. Your insights will drive rigorous experimentation and proactive insights across 30+ programs to generate significant incremental bookings in 2026.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the analytics roadmap for guest lifecycle marketing
- Design and analyze experiments across abandon journeys and ML model rollouts
- Develop measurement frameworks for cumulative program impact
- Build scalable self-serve reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate cross-functionally on ML feedback loops and attribution
๐ Requirements
- 9+ years in analytics or data science with marketing/growth depth
- Strong experimentation skills with A/B tests and measurement frameworks
- Excellent communicator able to distill complex findings for senior stakeholders
- Action-oriented analysis that directly shapes roadmaps and prioritization
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with guest lifecycle or subscription marketing
- Familiarity with ML model feedback loops and attribution
- Experience with self-serve reporting tools like Tableau or Looker
