You'll lead the Growth (CSM) team and architect a repeatable GTM playbook for a bootstrapped unicorn. You'll close Tier-1 strategic partnerships with top mobile game publishers and build a high-accountability culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and own repeatable outbound sales motion and CRM workflows.
- Personally close Tier-1 deals from discovery to signed integration.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the CSM team's KPIs and career growth.
- Create feedback loop with Product to translate publisher needs into backlog.
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record running full-cycle enterprise sales while managing a team of 2-5.
- Experience building an outbound engine from scratch with A/B outreach and sequencing.
- Ability to translate complex product features into quantified ROI for gaming leaders.
- Operational rigor with CRM data and pipeline hygiene.

- Experience with remote or multi-geo teams (Berlin/China/Israel).
- Background in gaming or adtech partnerships.
