You'll own the end-to-end renewal process for a book of customer accounts at a 100% remote software company. Your core impact will be driving retention through proactive proposals and accurate license key provisioning. This role offers direct customer ownership and growth potential.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end renewal process including quotes and approvals
  • Provision and manage customer license keys across systems
  • Review and process sales and renewal orders for accuracy
  • Assist with accounts receivable and customer billing inquiries

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service experience supporting a software product
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to calculate pricing margins, discounts, and increases
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking and prioritization skills

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Basic negotiation skills
