You'll supervise entry and mid-level staff supporting the U.S. Navy's LCAC/ACV program on-base. You will manage assembly operations and ensure quality and reliability for a mission-critical defense partnership. This role directly impacts national security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage staff and assembly operations for electronic and mechanical systems
• Interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
• Monitor quality using statistical process control
• Maintain certifications and clearance eligibility

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or related field
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• 8+ years experience in electronics troubleshooting and repair
• 3+ years experience on naval C4N and LCAC platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with US Navy Groom procedures
• Technical Assists experience
• Military technical training program completion

• Contingent upon contract award in 2026, job may not materialize
• Requires 8+ years experience but only Associate's degree required, lower than typical for lead level
