You'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of licensure boards and associations, driving adoption of compliance management technology. Your work will directly help professionals maintain their credentials and reduce risk. This role combines strategic relationship management with hands-on problem-solving in the healthcare ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with licensure boards and associations
• Onboard new users and conduct training sessions
• Lead regular check-in calls and account reviews
• Track client engagement and provide usage recommendations
• Identify and resolve barriers to client success

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
• Experience with government agencies or licensure boards
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• CRM proficiency in Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce
