You'll define the roadmap for AI-driven merchant conversations on Paytm's device ecosystem, driving on-device LLM/SLM and hybrid cloud-edge intelligence. You'll partner with engineering and hardware teams to ship low-latency AI experiences that enable millions of merchants to discover financial products seamlessly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the roadmap for AI-driven merchant conversations on devices
• Drive development of on-device LLM/SLM and hybrid cloud-edge intelligence
• Partner with engineering, research, and hardware teams to ship reliable AI experiences
• Define metrics for model accuracy, conversation success, and device performance

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years total product experience with 2–5 years in AI/ML product roles
• Experience with LLMs/SLMs, edge inference, and model optimization
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, device constraints, and real-time inference
• Ability to convert AI capabilities into merchant-first product features
