Description

You will lead the design and delivery of safety-critical embedded software for autonomous maritime vehicles, owning end-to-end outcomes across multi-team roadmaps. You'll architect scalable vehicle subsystems, drive RTOS and driver development, and collaborate with diverse engineering teams to rapidly evolve next-generation defense capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in high-performing tech organization
• Proficient in C
• Experience with an RTOS
• Familiarity with communications busses and protocols

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of multi-year software roadmap across multiple teams
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of safety-critical Vehicle Management Systems
• Drive development of real-time embedded software using an RTOS
• Drive device drivers and interfaces to sensors and actuators
• Support vehicle manufacturing and deployment with end-user travel up to 20%
