💼 About This Role
You'll work directly with customers to debug issues and unblock them, building the support function from scratch using AI tools like Sierra's Agent OS. You'll investigate complex problems across APIs, integrations, and infrastructure. This zero-to-one role lets you design workflows and tooling while helping customers succeed with Agent OS.
