💼 About This Role

You'll own client relationships for enterprise and institutional accounts, driving service sales and expansion at Blockstream, a leading Bitcoin infrastructure company. You'll represent client interests internally across Delivery, Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring successful service engagements and client satisfaction. This role offers the chance to shape go-to-market initiatives and grow into a Director-level role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client programs from scoping through sustained value
• Manage senior client relationships for enterprise accounts
• Act as primary client point of contact internally
• Drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of client management or consulting experience in fintech
• Proven success managing and growing enterprise or institutional accounts
• Experience selling professional services or complex technology solutions
• Fluency in Swiss German, German, and English
