💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for complex enterprise blockchain solutions at Blockstream, a leading Bitcoin infrastructure company. You'll work closely with clients, Commercial, and Engineering to define solution needs and lead multi-workstream delivery programs. This role combines strategic solution definition with rigorous program management execution in a regulated financial services environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead delivery of complex enterprise and institutional client engagements from shaping to go-live
• Partner with clients and Commercial teams during pre-sales to define solution needs and delivery scope
• Plan and manage multi-workstream delivery programs with governance and risk management
• Track progress against milestones, budgets, and delivery commitments; implement corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• 7-12 years of enterprise delivery leadership or program management in financial services
• Proven success delivering large-scale multi-system solutions in regulated environments
• Experience delivering solutions across banking, custody, payments, or capital markets
• Languages: Swiss German, German, and English required

✨ Nice to Have

• French for Geneva market
• Italian is a plus
• Familiarity with agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models
