💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale organic growth for 30+ AI-first products through social media. You'll develop and execute growth strategies to drive app installs and brand awareness. This role offers full ownership of a new growth direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop organic social media growth strategies focusing on reach and installs.
• Generate and test content hypotheses for TikTok, Instagram, Reels.
• Analyze competitors, trends, and formats to scale successful approaches.
• Implement automation processes for posting, content production, and analytics.
• Track and interpret key metrics (views, CTR, conversions, installs) to optimize strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with TikTok and/or Instagram (Reels) as growth channels.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, virality, and trends.
• Systematic testing of hypotheses and scaling effective formats.
• Ability to create content oriented to business results.
