💼 About This Role

You'll lead deep technical discovery with operators and clients, owning architecture and delivery of end-to-end systems spanning web, cloud, data, and AI. You'll shape AI-powered automation that moves business metrics, building platform tools that scale across a portfolio of 30+ companies. Over time, you'll turn hard-won solutions into an intelligent system for businesses typically overlooked by traditional software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead deep technical discovery with operators and clients
• Own architecture and delivery of end-to-end systems
• Define and build robust APIs, agentic workflows, and AI/ML systems
• Set technical direction for performance, scalability, and security

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Proven experience with AI development stack (e.g., Claude code, MCP)
• Track record of owning ambiguous, high-stakes problem spaces end to end
• Broad technical depth across the stack (Python, React/Next.js, SQL/NoSQL, cloud)
