🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text
• Review credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year mortgage operations experience managing borrower pipeline
• Experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products
• Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage time independently in a remote setting
