Description

You'll join a fabrication and welding team building **custom machinery** and **industrial equipment** for diverse industries. You'll produce structurally sound welds on a wide variety of projects, from structural assemblies to high-precision components. This role offers clear skill-based progression from L1 to L5 at a mission-driven company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Completion of a recognized welding program or apprenticeship
• Proven skill in **welding** in flat and horizontal positions
• Capability to comprehend basic shop schematics

Responsibilities

• Perform basic MIG and stick welds in flat and horizontal positions under supervision
• Assist with setting up and operating welding machines, fixtures, and fabrication tools
• Support layout, fit-up, and tack welding using basic shop drawings and weld symbols
• Maintain clean, safe work environment per OSHA and company safety procedures
