💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual urgent care to Oscar Health Insurance members using audio, video, and written communication. You'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. This remote role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to shape telemedicine workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting
• Collaborate with Physicians and Advanced Practice Leads on complex patients
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and communicate with patients and providers
• Use tooling for virtual exams including remote monitoring equipment

📋 Requirements

• MD/DO from accredited program
• Board Certification in ER/FM/IM
• 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience
• Active IMLC and willingness to obtain additional licenses

• Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak)
• Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states
