You'll support the ER team in triaging patients, assisting with treatments and diagnostics, and providing compassionate care to pets and their owners. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incoming patients and guide them toward care
• Assist with treatments, nursing care, and diagnostics like bloodwork and imaging
• Work with technicians and vets to set up and monitor anesthesia
• Set up and manage IV fluids, blood transfusions, and medications
• Participate in patient rounds and ensure continuity of care

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in a veterinary assistant role
• Basic computer skills and understanding of practice management software
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and support up to 40 kg with assistance
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency or specialty veterinary experience
