Requirements

• Master's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish, Literature, or related field preferred
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work
• Clear metacognitive communication skills
• Spanish (Caribbean) language expertise

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI model in Spanish (Caribbean) across wide range of topics
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
