💼 About This Role

You'll lead jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractor schedules for commercial projects. Your core impact is ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress while keeping the Project Manager informed. This role offers the chance to drive field execution on diverse construction sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan daily/weekly work sequencing and communicate priorities to crews.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and confirm readiness (labor, tools, materials).
• Maintain safe work conditions; lead daily safety talks and toolbox meetings.
• Submit daily reports, time, receipts, and tickets per company process.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated construction field supervision experience at foreman/lead/superintendent level.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license.
