🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and refine relevance models for ad targeting
• Develop and optimize bidding policies using Bayesian methods and RL
• Build meta-learning frameworks for personalized ads
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience with deep ML models in ad tech
• Designed bidding or LTV prediction algorithms for ad tech
• Proficient with distributed data processing tools like AWS Athena, Spark, Ray
