You'll manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial at a rapidly growing law firm. You'll advocate for clients in jury trials while using innovative tools like proprietary AI software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 cases with 50 in active litigation.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and active with state bar.
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for case strategy and client engagement.
• Must be currently located in Arizona.
