🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop SLS materials from lab exploration to validation and commercialization
• Lead research to push boundaries of SLS material performance
• Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams on material iteration
• Create methodologies to evaluate material formulations with SLS print systems

📋 Requirements

• Experience bringing a new material to market from ideation to production
• Solid understanding of materials science and polymer product development
• Hands-on experience in thermo-plastic engineering
• Ability to design and conduct rigorous experiments and harness data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing materials for 3D printing (SLA/DLP or SLS)
• 3D CAD modeling skills
• Programming skills in Python, Matlab, SQL
