💼 About This Role

You'll build the systems and processes that power Clay's legal function as it scales. You'll own the legal tech stack, intake workflows, and cross-functional partnerships. This role is for a builder who thrives on creating from scratch rather than inheriting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own legal intake and workflow system
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance
• Manage external counsel and vendor relationships
• Own and optimize the legal tech stack (Ironclad, Docusign, AI tools)

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in legal operations, program management, or similar role
• Experience with legal tech like Ironclad, Docusign
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Paralegal with in-house experience
• Deep familiarity using AI in daily workflow
