You'll lead accounting advisory engagements for healthcare clients, overseeing IPO and M&A readiness. At Centri, you'll build a book of business and mentor a team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Delegate preparation of financial statements and technical accounting memos
• Review accounting memos and client deliverables for GAAP compliance
• Provide conclusions on complex accounting guidance to clients and external parties
• Facilitate calls with SEC, auditors, and legal counsel as needed

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 12+ years of accounting experience with public accounting preferred
• CPA license required
• Expertise in SEC filings and technical accounting research
