You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store to create a visually appealing environment. This role combines customer service with pop culture enthusiasm to drive sales and community impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Cover sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to merchandise and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
