Description

You will lead and oversee environmental, health, and safety activities on Data Center projects, acting as the senior H&S authority on-site. You'll develop strategies, manage audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years H&S leadership in Data Center, semiconductor, or large-scale construction
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and LOTO procedures
• Proven team management and stakeholder influence
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement H&S strategies for Data Center projects
• Act as primary H&S authority on-site, guiding project teams and contractors
• Oversee Risk Assessments, Method Statements, permits, and vendor documentation
• Conduct site audits, inspections, performance reviews, and report KPIs
• Direct accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
