💼 About This Role

You'll integrate with hardware-in-the-loop testing and flight prototyping workflows for the Baby Airship team. This 6-month contract role focuses on accelerating development through rapid build-test-fail-fix cycles. You'll work on lightweight structural components, flight control logic, or autonomous navigation algorithms depending on your domain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and iterate lightweight structural components (CAD).
• Develop flight control logic and telemetry processing.
• Refine autonomous navigation algorithms and sensor fusion.
• Assist with hardware-in-the-loop test design and execution.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in aerospace, robotics, or high-reliability hardware environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced build-test-fail-fix cycle.
• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with C++/Python for embedded systems.
• Knowledge of IMU/GPS/Barometric sensor fusion.
