Description

You will serve as the key technical review and product point person, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders by reviewing customer plans and specs, redlining drawings, and resolving technical discrepancies. You'll collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to support RFQs, order entry, and post-delivery inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 5+ years experience with electrical distribution products and systems
• Experience evaluating complex single line diagrams and communication network diagrams
• Familiarity with ANSI, IEEE, UL, and CSA standards for low-voltage power distribution
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Adobe/Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Review customer plans and specs for RFQ and order entry, raise discrepancies via RFI
• Review and redline drawings, suggest solutions or alternate designs aligning with specs and standards
• Respond to external RFIs per Service Level Agreements
• Provide detailed scope for customer change requests and submit change notices
• Create customer-specific content for technical manuals and documentation
