💼 About This Role

You'll own the enterprise product roadmap for Observe by Snowflake, an AI-powered observability platform. You'll drive features that make Observe the clear choice for large customers, translating complex requirements into a prioritized strategy. You'll partner with GTM and engineering to win competitive deals and accelerate adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define enterprise product strategy and roadmap
• Conduct deep discovery with Fortune 500 accounts
• Drive platform capabilities like RBAC, SSO, audit logging
• Partner with GTM to support late-stage deals

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with 3+ years on infrastructure or enterprise SaaS
• Track record of shipping in competitive enterprise markets and displacing incumbents
• Deep familiarity with observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces, APM, SLOs)
• Technical fluency in distributed systems and open standards (OpenTelemetry, Iceberg)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI SRE or AIOps
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry ecosystem
• Background in data ingestion systems (Kafka, SQL, NoSQL)
