Description

You will lead AI enablement across the engineering organization, blending building and buying to create a platform layer for reliable, secure, and production-worthy AI-assisted development. You'll define strategy for embedding AI-native tools into the software development lifecycle, own AI tooling standards, evaluate platforms, and partner with teams to automate workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, Cloud, Platform, or Software Engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Proficiency in Go or Python for production-grade tooling
• Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, and container orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI enablement strategy for engineering organization
• Design and develop custom AI/LLM-powered developer tools and frameworks
• Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted development platforms and tools
• Establish security standards for AI frameworks like MCP
• Participate in platform SRE ad-hoc support rotation
