Description
You will lead end-to-end marketing strategies for Altium's SaaS-integrated EDA solutions, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth in the electronic design automation market. You'll drive data-driven GTM campaigns, optimize multi-channel lead-gen activities, and collaborate closely with sales to accelerate SaaS adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in EDA/industrial software.
- Proven track record in scaling leads and reducing CAC.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot), and Salesforce.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Entrepreneurial, data-obsessed, and adept at cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead-gen campaigns (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn/WeChat ads) targeting EDA engineers and enterprise IT buyers, leveraging tools like Marketo and HubSpot for automation.
- Optimize landing pages and lead-nurturing workflows to convert MQLs to SQLs, with A/B testing on messaging and pricing models.
- Lead 0-to-1 SaaS product launches in China, including positioning, pricing, and localized content (whitepapers, webinars) to address EDA workflow pain points.
- Track CAC, LTV, and churn rates, using Salesforce and analytics tools to refine targeting and campaign ROI.
- Provide sales teams with battle cards, competitive intelligence, and lead-qualification frameworks to accelerate SaaS adoption.
